SUMMARY:Beginning Beekeeping Class
DESCRIPTION:Beginning beekeeping classes are taught by Tina Sebestyen\, director of the Colorado Master Beekeeper Program and frequent contributor to the American Bee Journal and Bee Culture magazines. This two-day class series will cover everything you need to know to get started in beekeeping\, as well as a basic understanding of 2nd-year management of honey bee colonies. Those who take these classes have a much better chance of success in beekeeping. It is great to take the classes before getting started\, and many people take the classes a second time\, after they have completed their first full year with their bees\, and get even more out of it. This class is an approved pre-requisite for entry into the Colorado Master Beekeeper Program at the Apprentice Level\, for those who want to go on with better education. \nClass dates are: \nMarch 3rd\, 6-8 PM\nMarch 4th\, 9 AM- 2 PM\nThere will be a zoom option.
