Roundup Information and AlternativesGlyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup, is one of the most commonly used herbicides in the world by commercial gardeners. It is found to be highly toxic and can cause many short-term and long-term health effects. Not to mention it can be harmful to important pollinators such as honey bees.

To help educate those in the farming and gardening industries about this toxic chemical, we’ve created two comprehensive guides. One covers things like what it is used for, symptoms, and side effects. The second guide discusses non-toxic alternatives. Please take a look:

Honey Bee Disease Identification Chart
This chart aims to provide beekeepers with an easy-to-use reference out in the field when they come across suspected diseases in their hives. We will continue to improve this chart toward that goal. The quicker you, as a beekeeper, can spot and identify potential issues within your hive, the more successful you will be at keeping your honey bees alive and thriving.
